What is our payment policy?

We require 50% deposit to put you on our calendar and the remainder of your balance is due the week before your event. Once an invoice is sent, it must be paid within 48 hours to keep the date requested. If it is not paid within 48 hours the invoice will be cancelled and the date will be released for the next client.

How soon do I need to order?

Currently, we ask that you inquire at least 2-4 weeks in advance or earlier. This ensures that there is time to order and receive any necessary products for your custom order. Any order that is requested to be completed in 7 days or less is considered a rush order. All rush orders that are accepted will have an additional 25% of the total added on. The sooner the better!

How long do cookies last?

Each cookie is heat sealed to ensure it’s freshness. You can leave them on the counter for up to 3 weeks or place them, while still heat sealed, into the freezer in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months.

Can you ship your treats?

Unfortunately, no I cannot. I operate under Cottage Food Law in the state of Connecticut and that doesn’t allow for shipping. However, if you are in the state of Connecticut I can deliver!

Can I send you photos I found on Pinterest of a design I want?

Absolutely! Send me any inspiration pictures, invitations, color themes or ideas that you have for a design. I want to see it all! Please keep in mind if I’m sent a picture of another cookie artists’ work I use them solely as inspiration. I do my best to put my own take on a design.

What is a Pre-Order?

During holidays a set menu will be made on what we will be offering for those holidays. Once all the items have been made and photographed. They will be posted to my website for purchase. All information will be on there as well…pricing, pick dates/times and location. I will also post on social media sites with information on where to order and add links to directly to website to make it as easy as possible. Do you deliver?

Yes! If you live within 15 minutes of where I am based out of (Groton,CT), delivery is free. Beyond that the fee is $35 within the state of Connecticut.
